Old St. Michaels Crieff

Self-catering accommodation Crieff

This beautiful former manse offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The ground-floor flat with its generously proportioned rooms, high ceilings and ornate cornices makes for comfortable, airy living and has just been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, largely using period furniture.

Accommodation

  • A large living room with bay-window, beautiful cornicing and living-flame gas fire, TV/Video and games.
  • Generous master bedroom with large windows containing a grand king-sized four-poster bed and a daybed.
  • Second good-sized twin bedroom.
  • Cosy bathroom with over bath shower.
  • Spacious, well-equipped country-style dining kitchen with butler sink.
  • Cot and highchair available on request.
  • Part of the garden is designated for residents' use.
  • Garden furniture supplied.
  • Ample off-road parking.
  • Short breaks available outwith the main season.

The flat uses the main, stately entrance, which leads you into the spacious hall.

To the right is the large living room with bay window, beautiful cornicing and living-flame gas fire. The bay window acts as a real suntrap and the fire is ideal for cosy nights in. There is a large selection of books, some videos, games and a folder with a wealth of information on things to do as well as detailed walk descriptions. As we also run a hill walking business, we will be able to point you in the right direction.

A generous master bedroom with big windows contains a beautiful king-sized four-poster bed and a comfortable daybed, so could also be used as a twin or family room. The second double bedroom contains two single beds and is also a comfortable size.

There is a cosy bathroom with WC, over bath shower and heated towel rail.

The country-style kitchen with butler sink is spacious, very well equipped and is a great place to enjoy a meal and chat around the big pine table.

Our garden is well stocked and part of it is designated for residents' use. Garden furniture is supplied.

There is ample off-road, private parking for several cars.

We, Annette and Martin, live upstairs and are to hand to give advice on walks and things to do and will be very glad to answer any questions you may have.
